As the owner of Besta, I help builders big and small create show-stopping residential experiences that add value to the neighborhoods around them and maximize market impact. Using a combination of tasteful design, integrated branding, and a highly-targeted marketing strategy, Besta provides the road map at the beginning and the guidance along the way so that our clients’ projects can be successful in the end.
With more than 15 years of experience in real estate marketing and design, I specialize in delivering sales results for all asset types. Prior to Besta, I was Regional Vice President of Marketing for K. Hovnanian® Homes, charged with a portfolio of over 60 new-home communities across 6 geographic divisions. Before then, as Vice President of Marketing for BNE Real Estate Group, I oversaw the architectural design, marketing and leasing strategy for their portfolio of multi-family developments, made up of more than 8,000 luxury apartments throughout the Tri-state area. And before then? A young and eager twenty-something, I started my career on the agency side as a Project Manager for The Marketing Directors in Manhattan, where I worked alongside top city developers to drive their marketing programs for optimum sales performance. Bottom line: I’ve seen just about every product type from just about every angle.
Today, the result of my collective experience is a well-rounded perspective of what’s most important to not only my clients, but the communities they build in. I understand the goals, the complexities, the pressures. But maybe most importantly, the nobility of what we do for a living: we build homes.
And now as I embark on this adventure with Besta, I look forward to sharing my unique expertise with our current and future clients, to elevate their success and drive their business to new heights.
